House rules: Bullhorn and Salesforce set them.

The jackpot wasn't on the table. It was the whole room.

There are corporate networking events. And then there's what Bullhorn pulled off with Salesforce on Broadway in San Francisco—a casino-themed bar takeover that had nothing in common with a name tag and a lukewarm chardonnay.

Highlights

Exclusive by design. Effortless by execution.

The goal was straightforward and exactly right: create an exclusive, relaxed space for top executives from both companies to meet, connect, and build real relationships. No agenda slides.

No breakout sessions. Just the right people, the right room, and sixty hours of invisible planning work that made it all feel effortless.

The devil’s in the details

This was intentional from the floor to the ceiling. Custom casino table felts were branded with both logos. Ice cubes (actual ice cubes) etched with the clients' marks.

Every detail said the same thing: you matter enough for us to think about the ice.</p>

All six senses were considered

Rare whiskey imported from Japan, and the floral arrangements were straight out of Architectural Digest. Window tints and custom drapes were brought in to ensure perfect lighting, and a vinyl DJ vinyl gave the room a soul of its own.

Shaina Tsan, our Senior Manager of Events, ran point and the client said it better than we could: "She was so on top of things that she gave me full confidence in the execution—I felt comfortable not being onsite at the event. That is rare."

The BoomPop Team

Rare is right. That's the whole job: making the person responsible feel like they can actually enjoy the night they planned.

By all accounts, everyone in that room did exactly that. Relaxed, impressed, and genuinely enjoying themselves. The atmosphere landed exactly where it needed to: exclusive without being stiff, polished without being precious.
