A little room for the unexpected
The itinerary was built with intention—and enough flexibility for the universe to weigh in. A night on the Strip turned into a chance meet-and-greet with Richard Branson at the roulette table (at his very own Virgin Hotel). Only in Vegas.
Full-throttle bonding in the desert
Go-karting under the Nevada sky brought out everyone’s inner daredevil. It was fast, a little dusty, and wildly energizing - the kind of shared adrenaline that turns coworkers into co-conspirators.
Creativity off the strip
From glassblowing with local artisans to capturing TikToks that somehow became lore, the team tapped into a different kind of creativity. It was the perfect backdrop for trying something new and seeing each other not just as colleagues, but as curious, funny, fully human people.
